Terms of Service

Last updated 27 September 2026

Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply to visitors of the public site. Where a separate written services agreement exists between you and TrackShipLog, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

The service

TrackShipLog provides a public shipment tracking lookup, information about logistics services, an enquiry form, and an automated support assistant.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Marketing figures shown on this site, such as hub counts, country coverage, and availability targets, are illustrative and are not a service-level commitment.

Tracking information

Tracking information is derived from operational data and is provided for guidance. It is not a contractual delivery commitment and may be incomplete, delayed, or superseded by the carrier of record.

A tracking number is a lookup key, not a credential. Anyone who possesses a tracking number can view the corresponding shipment record. Do not use tracking numbers as a means of access control.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through the enquiry or support forms.

Do not attempt to access the administrator portal, probe, scan, or overload the service, or circumvent rate limits. Automated bulk access to shipment records is prohibited.

Do not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or resell the service without written permission.

We may block access and remove submitted content where these rules are breached.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, copy, branding, and underlying software are owned by TrackShipLog or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the site without written permission. Carrier, port, and airport names referenced in shipment records remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party providers for hosting, database, media, email, and error reporting. Their availability and performance are outside our direct control, and we are not liable for their failures.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackShipLog against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date below.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers retain any mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.
